On Wednesday 4th December we are hosting a 'Call my bluff' wine evening with Alex Bussey and Iain Andrew from Bon Coeur Fine Wines in aid of Yorkshire Cancer Research.

Format of evening:
7pm: Drink on arrival
7.30pm: Tasting of 3 white wines
Trio of starters:
Duck spring roll with hoisin sauce,
Poached chicken, leek and parma ham terrine,
Beetroot cured salmon, pickled beetroot and mixed leaf salad
(Vegetarian option: Vegetable spring roll with chilli sauce)

Choice of:
Braised shin of beef, parsley mash, shallots and carrots,
Pan seared salmon fillet, crisp potatoes, mustard and green lentils,
Slow braised belly of pork with W&V home made black pudding, dauphinoise potatoes and carrot puree
or
Harrogate Blue, leek and chestnut tart (v)
